Work we've finished

Here is what we changed on each site, and the lesson we took from it.

Some are clients. Some are rebuilds of real businesses we have not worked with, which are labelled as not a client. Click any one to see the screens and what we changed.

CLIENT WORK

Buildbusters, permit-ready drawings

We replaced the contact form with a pricing quiz that shows a ballpark price, then a full quote buyers can pay for online. We will share the results once Buildbusters signs off.

What we learnedShow a rough price before you ask for contact details. The people who still get in touch are already fine with the price.
CLIENT WORK

Omniwire, fintech infrastructure

We made the brand, a design system and a new website with a page for each product, a short set of questions that points each buyer to the right product, and enquiry forms that go straight to the right team.

What we learnedIf you sell several products, ask buyers a few questions and send them to the right one. Don't make them read every page.

NOT A CLIENT · A rebuild we made to show how we'd do it

A roofing company in Dallas

Homeowners could not see a price, and the contact form told the company nothing about the roof. We rebuilt it with a price range, three qualifying questions, inspection booking and follow-up.

What we learnedPut a price range on the page. Most people won't ask for a quote just to find out whether they can afford you.

NOT A CLIENT · A rebuild we made to show how we'd do it

A payroll API

Technical buyers had to book a sales call to get any answer. We rebuilt it with a qualifying form, an assistant that answers questions from the docs, and demos booked straight onto an engineer's calendar.

What we learnedTechnical buyers want answers before they'll book a call. Let them get those answers from your docs.

NOT A CLIENT · A rebuild we made to show how we'd do it

A physio clinic in Denver

New patients had to phone during opening hours to book. We rebuilt it so they answer a few questions, book an assessment online and get a text reminder, with a page for each condition the clinic treats.

What we learnedPeople decide to book when it's on their mind, often at night. Let them book then, without phoning.

OUR OWN VENTURES

BigPlug and Joygiver, our own ventures

We try each funnel on our own ventures first: BigPlug, a social selling app, and Joygiver, a group gifting app. If something does not work there, we fix it before it reaches a client.

What we learnedIf something doesn't work on our own apps, we fix it there, before a client ever pays for it.
